Not an autumn leaf, although it looks like one. It's a brand new leaf on a Crimson King maple tree.

Spring has sprung!

It's that time again. The cherry blossom's out, bunnies are fornicating and the birds are stripping insulation from a hole in our roof. Superb. Much to my amusement, our ever thoughtful neighbour has bought some new piglets to fatten up and has positioned them outside our kitchen window for the greatest potential annoyance. Ah the joys of spring!

Can't help thinking that it would be nicer to live on a new estate and just have snotty kids and other houses to look at out of the window. Actually I'd rather have this to look at out of my window.
